INCORPORATING CARDIAC PATIENT EXPERIENCE IN SERVICE DELIVERY
I joined Medtronic's Tachyarrhythmia Downstream Marketing group as a 2016 summer hire in the Leadership Development Rotation Program (LDRP) to identify creative strategies for gaining market share. I continued to work through December as a Design Strategy Contractor. I used design-thinking and lean start-up methodologies to develop and test human-centric solutions.

RESULTS
The concept was piloted in Medtronic's Q2 FY 18 as part of the Cardiac Rhythm Heart Failure (CRHF) Patient Services and Monitoring team.
