About
I am an experience designer and strategy geek with a passion for helping companies unleash innovation through human-centered methodology. I have a dual MBA/MA in Design Leadership from Johns Hopkins University and the Maryland Institute College of Art. During my graduate studies, I worked as a Design Strategy Contractor for Medtronic and served as President of the JHU-MICA Design for America studio.
Prior to graduate school I worked for the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), rising to the position of Senior Research Manager. While developing thought leadership on topics including corporate strategy, executive compensation and talent development, I was turned on to design thinking to best create resources for Fortune 500 corporate boards.
I hold a B.S. in Finance from the University of Delaware, where I was a member of the varsity tennis team.
